Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog and once the product you wish to purchase is selected, and quantity ; then click on "Add to Cart" button.. Now you can either check out or continue shopping. You can view your cart at any time to see its contents. If you decide to check out, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you don't have a PayPal account, that is no problem. When you are at the PayPal page, under "LogIn" there is a link: Don't have a PayPal account? Click on that, and use your Credit crad.
Please note that your Credit card will be charged right away as soon as you input your order, only then the items will be shipped to you.

Pricing Errors Please be advised that due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, All Star Light Bulbs cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer BEFORE the order is placed. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely.

Delivery Schedule Freight and shipping available nationwide...
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days, from the time we receive and process your order(s). If the items are not stock items, it takes 1 week. If an item on your order is Back Ordered, you will be notified via email in 24-48 business hours.
Orders received on holidays and weekends are processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday, do not count weekends)
Basic Freight (used for large and heavy items) 2-3 weeks Please note: Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together.

Tax Charges Since AllStarLightBulbs.com is located in California, we must charge sales tax on all shipments to California addresses. However, if you have a California reseller certificate, then you qualify for tax exempt status and will not be charged sales tax for shipments within California. To establish exemption eligibility, your certificate must be submitted prior to the purchase of the product. All orders shipped to locations outside of the state of California are not subject to sales tax.

Returns Policy AllStarLightBulbs.com's sole responsibility and obligation in the event of defective merchandise shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the merchandise and we shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss.
To initiate the return process, send an email to light@AllStarLightBulbs.com, clearly stating your situation and what you would like to return. You will then be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
We will not issue an RMA for merchandise that was invoiced more than 30 days prior to the date of request for an RMA.
Restocking Charge - All products returned for reason other than defects are subject to 50% restocking charge plus shipping charges. The return must be packed in the original carton and shipped within 30 days of receipt. Returned items that show evidence of having been installed, that are missing instructions or documentation and/or original packaging will be scrapped or returned to the purchaser at the purchasers expense. In such cases, a representative from our company will contact the purchaser before taking action.
The customer will be refunded once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
